Fi has been one of the Female Facilitators with Planet Personal Growth from the 1st Workshop held in 2019 and has not missed a workshop since working alongside the other female facilitators friends and colleagues Dr Bianca Dobson And Katherine Farrant. Fi also works with Planet Personal Growth in Co-Facilitation for the Crew Workshops. Fi has been in personal development for well over 25 years and has a long term professional and personal connection to both the Co-Owners Matt Ferris and Clinton McCauley.
Fi is a passionate woman who loves to learn and has dedicated herself to a life of continuous learning in a wide range of modalities all over the world. Fi has her own company Nourished Space dedicated to supporting people with their wellbeing. Fi is a breathwork facilitator, emotional anatomy consultant, yoga teacher, well-being coach, plant based chef and a mother of four amazing young women. Fi currently works with Chiropractic Life and is completing her Advanced Instructor training with Breathwork great Patrick McKwoen as part of the Oxygen Advantage. Fi is also expanding her somatic emotional anatomy study as a part of a 12 month long self intelligence program. Fi has a special interest in Family Constellations looking at how the experiences of past generations have been handed forward and working with people to identify the cycle and make conscious choices about being the game changes in their lineage.
Fi works with individuals, groups, runs retreats and blends all these modalities to support the best possible outcome for those that she works with. She has long been a fan of Brene Brown and one of her favorite Brene Brown quotes is “I want to be in the arena. I want to be brave with my life. And when we make the choice to dare greatly, we sign up to get our asses kicked. We can choose courage, or we can choose comfort, but we can’t have both. Not at the same time.”
It’s from that place of being brave and stepping into the arena that Fi takes on the role as one of the facilitators for Awakened Women. Fi brings her years of knowledge and experience working in the personal development arena as well as her own deep personal work as a woman. Fi is committed to supporting others to see their and reach their greatest potential by working alongside women supporting them courageously step into it.
Clinton McCauley is a change agent! He has been involved in personal development for over 30 years when he first picked up the book “Think and Grow Rich” all those years ago. Since he was very little, he has always wanted to help people and from a very young age he was determined to be in the medical field. A severe back injury led him into Chiropractic in his early teens and from then on he knew that helping others was through Chiropractic.
He got very deeply involved in learning about human behavior, psychology, spirituality, personal transformation and the power of the mind and has attended workshops around the globe over the last 20 years. He has facilitated, presented and assisted workshops and on stage throughout Australia and New Zealand and brings a very unique perspective into the world of personal transformation from the experiences he has gained over that time.
Clinton has been business and life coaching people for nearly 20 years and has transformed the lives of hundreds of people in all areas of their lives.
This is where Clinton’s true strength and power lies and that is in experiential workshops and retreats. His mission on this planet is to transform lives and to inspire others to be the best version of themselves possible.
He is based in the Adelaide Hills in Sth Australia, yet travels frequently to all parts of the country. He has 3 amazing teenagers that are a blessing

Matt Ferris loves supporting people with change! He is the co founder and a facilitator of PPG. Matt has had a successful career in landscape design and construction, is a business owner, and has a degree in science.
Matts interest in developing people into the best version of themselves stems back to over 25 years in coaching sports teams, in particular, basketball, which has enabled him to build teams at the junior and senior level, and coached at a state league level, and led a number of international tours.
It is here, that Matt learnt the importance of becoming the best you can be and helping those around him, get the best out of themselves
In recent years, Matt has turned the attention to his own growth, immersing himself in many self development opportunities, and has completed many programs. Matt is an accredited life and business coach, working with a variety of clients.
Matt is a devoted husband, and father of two, and also enjoys group training, and is a reader, and avid learner.
